Venue Information
Rock City is based in Nottingham City Centre, with a capacity of 2000, and is known for its intimate atmosphere. The club features four bars spread across two rooms; the Main hall and the Basement, both of which are all-standing during gigs, with an additional room previously known as The Rig operating separately since September 2011 as the Black Cherry Lounge. Rock City plays host to various sized gigs, from smaller upcoming bands of the underground and local scene, to bands that are getting chart success. This venue is 14+ all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for I.D to purchase alcohol. The venue reserves the right to refuse service.

By Train
The nearest station is Nottingham Station, Carrington Road, NG2 3AQ. To reach Rock City from the train station it is approximately 15-20 minutes walk. Head right out of the station and walk towards the Broadmarsh Centre. Continue straight up Listergate, onto Albert street and across the Market Square. Cross the Square to Market Street and head up towards the Royal Concert Hall. Rock City is towards the back of the Concert Hall on Talbot Street.

The following routes stop outside Rock City: 78, 79, 80, 35, 36. The nearest bus station is Victoria Centre.
